– Schedule introductions to allocators and sit in the meetings if requested

– Collect feed-back from allocators and discuss next steps

– Assist with negotiations and closing (fees, liquidity, etc.)

– Provide quarterly update report on allocator leads and discussions

– Act as a local resource for the investment firm, if they are based internationally
